Booking Policy

  • For all new clients, it's required to pay a 50% deposit for booked treatments. Deposit can be paid by transfer / cash in our studio before the appointment date. Deposit is not refundable in any case.
  • Please book your appointment in advance from the link in our bio, we don't accept walk-ins. Make sure to inform us about the exact treatment you desire when booking your appointment.
  • Clients are required to be on time to avoid any delays to our schedule. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointments being rescheduled to the next available time, or treatments which requires less time will be offered instead.
  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment / make any sudden cancellation without 24 hour prior notice will be charged the full amount of the treatment before a new appointment is made.
  • Clients have a 5-day warranty after their treatment, in which they can claim repairs and fixes free of charge.
  • All treatments are not refundable.
  • We do not tolerate any rude or abusive behavior at our studio. We blacklist clients who do not comply with any of the above rules.
  • Please keep in mind that Bali traffic can be unpredictable, so prepare enough time to arrive on time.
